In recent years, Hyundai has built a solid reputation for affordable, reliable vehicles. Their new Genesis takes the roominess of an SUV and puts it in the body of a luxury car. At under $30,000, the Genesis comes with a V6 or V8 engine. Also coming out in the fall, the Genesis is going to be heavy competition for the Lexus. With a ten-year, 100,000 miles power train warranty, it’s destined to be a success.

The Saturn Vue Green Line Hybrid promises the power of a V6 engine while getting an impressive 30 miles to the gallon. In the city where speed limits are lower, drivers will be able to switch the vehicles engines to electric power to conserve fuel. On highways, the engine uses gasoline at a reduced rate of consumption. Drivers are going to love that they can have a fuel-efficient SUV with plenty of room. In late 2008, Toyota releases their new car, the Venza. This five passenger car will only be available in the United States and come with a choice of four or six-cylinder engine. Toyota is rumored to be putting a rearview camera in the Venza eliminating any potential dangers in backing up. There will also be automatic high beams, keyless start, and Bluetooth technology. The aerodynamic design is going to impress because the sunroof covers most of the roof, so both front and rear passengers can look up at the stars. Meanwhile, massive amounts of storage space are going to make this car a dream come true for many.

Mercedes Benz Ac Condenser for a Cool Car Ride

As automotive history suggests, a Mercedes Benz is indeed a “cool” ride. It is undoubtedly one of the biggest auto makers in the world and it has produced vehicles that could testify the evolution of the car. The unique but specifically elegant design of every Mercedes Benz car has become a trademark of luxury. It is what the kids of this generation would call “cool”. But knowledgeable drivers do not just go for all that hype. They know that once the hood of a Mercedes Benz is opened, they will understand why kids dub them as the “cool” cars.

The Mercedes Benz has different systems for the different functions that make the car work. But the most critical is the parts that comprise these systems. Rest assured that Mercedes Benz makes quality car parts, from its engine up to the Mercedes Benz AC Condenser. This specific car part is responsible for keeping the “cool” in the cool Mercedes Benz ride. Each of these Mercedes Benz AC devices is crafted with the highest quality so that the air conditioning would not falter to deliver the comfort one needs in a Mercedes Benz automobile.

The air conditioning system of a Mercedes Benz car is comprised of a compressor, the Mercedes Benz AC Condenser, expansion valve and evaporator. If you have ever used a can of compressed air to clean computer components, you will know that the bottle gets very cold in a short amount of time. This is due to the rapid expansion of the compressed gas. The same thing happens in the car’s air conditioning system. Refrigerant (also known as Freon) is compressed in the compressor and turns into a hot gas. In the Mercedes Benz AC Condenser, this hot gas is cooled to a liquid state and travels to the expansion valve. As the Freon goes through the expansion valve it returns to a low-pressure gas and rapidly cools in the evaporator. A fan blows over the evaporator and cools the air that eventually blows out through the vents.

From time to time the air conditioning system needs to be recharged to bring it back up to maximum efficiency. Sometimes a leak may cause loss of refrigerant and will need to be fixed before refilling. It may be difficult to tell if a leak is present without specific test equipment, so it is always better to seek professional help. As the air conditioning system is responsible for the temperature inside one’s Mercedes Benz automobile, it is crucial that he maintain it periodically. Problems can be fixed but if ever replacement would be needed, one may easily find Mercedes Benz air conditioning parts in the market. Specifically, the Mercedes Benz AC Condenser is provided in the industry for the maintenance of the cooling system of a Mercedes Benz. One must always take necessary actions to preserve his Mercedes Benz’s quality of performance.

The aesthetic appeal and drive performance of each Mercedes Benz automobile are treated with the highest value so that these would work hand and hand to give its patrons the balance and synchronization needed in an automobile. Automotive parts of Mercedes Benz vehicles are incorporated with highly engineered concepts so that each would serve and function according to the Mercedes Benz standard of services and functions. And people openly appreciate it, no matter what age, or from what background—because Mercedes Benz understands a cool car, so they make them.

Classic Cars - Elegant, Stylish, And Oh So Sweeeet

Classic cars are one of the most collected and coveted items in the market today. And they should be: vintage automobiles are not only great pieces of art; they could also be fully functional. Road-driven classic vehicles may even be more scene-stealing than brand-spanking-new sports cars. If you have already seen a fully restored and shiny Shelby GT-350H or a 60’s Thunderbird on the road, you probably know what I’m talking about.

What is a Classic, Anyway?

The definition of what is a classic car is often contested. The Classic Car Club of America indicates that the last year for the ‘authentic’ classics is 1948. Still, other experts maintain that the term classic is applicable to all cars that are 12-years old or older.

Some would even create a classification. A popular one is as follows: ‘antique’ for automobiles manufactured from the very beginning of car production up to 1916; ‘vintage’ for vehicles manufactured from 1916 to 1924; and ‘classic’ for those made in 1924 up to the not-so-far past.

I would not take a stand as to what the proper definition of a classic car is. Let’s leave that to car philosophers and historians (or for a more proper term, car geeks). There are many more exciting aspects about collecting classic cars that you should know.

Classic Cars Define Generations and Genres

If you are a fan of James Bond films, you might have been awed by the luxurious and sexy cars that Mr. Double-Oh-Seven has driven. From sleek Alfa Romeos to classy Aston Martins, the spy we all loved wouldn’t be what he was without these cars.

And if you have eagerly followed Mr. Bond’s pursuits, you can see that the cars he used are those that defined a certain era. You can see him use big cars with round edges during the 60’s, long, pointed-edged cars during the 70’s, and of course, macho black sports cars during our present day.

What made those cars cool wasn’t because they are simply made ‘cool.’ It is because they carry with them great stories and pieces of history. That is also the reason why it is thrilling and fulfilling to own a classic car. And the feeling of fulfillment multiplies tenfold if you collect these cars. Wouldn’t it be sweet to ride in wheels that a popular spy once drove?

Owning a Classic is No Picnic

But before you head off and click your fingers away to the first site that offers classic cars for sale, be sure to know that with a great car comes great responsibility. Almost all of these classic cars are already used (and sometimes abused). It would be almost impossible to find one in a perfectly mint condition. What you will probably see are second-hand (and possibly even third- or fourth-hand) vehicles that may need a lot of work.

Keep in mind that owning or collecting classic cars does not stop at buying them. It is a must to invest some time and money in restoring a car back to its vintage beauty. Otherwise, it will just be another piece of junk lying in your garage.

Thus, you need to be prepared to submit that vehicle to a paint job, a car parts installation (seats, carpets, steering wheel, suspension…), and if you want to drive around, a good engine. And it won’t stop there: classic cars need a lot of loving and care. You need to maintain its elegance by cleaning, waxing, and polishing it regularly.

It might be a little bit troublesome, but the rewards are great. Aside from having one great scene-stealer, a well-maintained classic car increases its value as time goes by. So once you are tired of riding that vintage Benz, you can sell it and gain profit. You won’t have a hard time looking for buyers too, since there are tons of car collectors looking for a great deal.

There’s a Classic Car Lover in All of Us

If you are a car lover, a sentimental generation and genre fan, or simply one who would like a cool ride, buying classic cars is your best choice. Not only do you get a moving, breathing, and funky piece of art, you also get a really valuable property. Buying, restoring, and maintaining a vintage car may be a daunting task, but it sure is worth it.

Peter Grizzly is an age-old classic car enthusiast. He makes his living now by selling classic cars for sale. If you want to own a vintage car, it is best to try your luck at auctions first. Cars! The Coolest And The Most Essential

Which will you choose? There are hundreds of cars on the market right now. You have several brands competing for you dollar right now. There are all types of deals on the table to help you get the one you want as well. So, what do you look for in a car and how will you get yours? You know, for many, half of the fun comes from test driving several choices!

Let’s buckle up and explore the options. Should we first start with the classics that every safe person should know? For example, there are mini vans for all the big families out there that have to lug kids to and from on a daily basis. Then, you have the sedans that offer a roomier interior for maybe the average sized family? If you are a one man (or woman) team, a compact car might be the most economically friendly choice as it consumes less gas.

But, then we can enter into the world of, well, fun vehicles. From sports utility vehicles, commonly known as SUV’s, to sports cars, there are several models in these lines that are sure to turn heads. You have the racers, with engines so powerful that even some trucks are lagging behind. You have the coolest, hottest sports cars on the market that are sure to turn a few heads and definite crowd pleasers. Let’s not forget the snazzy looking trucks that are out there either. While we may say we need them to carry stuff around, we love the power behind the wheel just as much. Sure, these all cost more than that compact car, but aren’t these just so much more fun?

Which is your choice? Before you go out and purchase one, we should stop to realize the costs and how we will pay for the cars we choose. Often times, we can get a few dollars knocked off here and there and we can always comparison shop for the best deal, but we have to admit to ourselves that the cool cars aren’t always in the budget. Sad, but true, we have to strive for which cars fit within our lives not just our hearts!

Car Modifications - Tuned For Show

Fashion and art, public appearance or even the simple act of meeting new people - it is all about the show. To show how you feel and how you think - to let others see your best, to let them understand you and appreciate you for everything you are. And today in the environment of this ever-changing World your car is more than your safe ride to designated destinations.

Your car is a part of your life style. It is the first impression of you when coming to a new place. And the look of it shows to others who you are and what you like.

Maybe this is exactly the reason why so many people try to give their cars a unique look - just as unique as they are. And tuning the car is maybe the perfect approach for this.

There are many ways for car tuning. Many of them help the car to reach high performance. I will begin with a few of them because no matter how cool the car looks the performance is important.

The boost controllers are a great way to maximize the smooth power delivery of the vehicle. It is the electronic brain of your car allowing for a better and faster control of the boost. The exhaust gases should be taken out more quickly because when this happen more fresh air is forced into the engine increasing the performance of the combustion process. However sometimes too much air could allow for intermittent losses of power to appear and drive your car unstable and unreliable.

To get around this problem an electronic brain is added to the valve that controls the flow through the turbo. This gives a better control of the boost at a wide open throttle and a quicker response regarding every change of the throttle conditions.

To control the boost sometimes mechanical boost controllers are applied but in some cases they will not adjust properly for a given condition and this will add fluctuation to the boost. This is why a fully mapped electronic boost controller is the better choice.

How have you ever seen a drag race? Or maybe you actually participated in one of them. The drag race is maybe the most exiting event that the car sports could offer. It is full of speed and adrenalin - the foundation of what a racer lives for. The first thing that comes to mind when thinking about it is the NOS system.

NoS actually come from the name of one of the companies which manufactures these systems. Some people make the mistake to think that this states for Nitrous Oxide N20. This is not the case but it is close to it because a gas called Dinitrous Monoxide or the a.k.a. Nitrous Oxide N20 comes into play.

This gas was used in wartime to boost the aircraft engines and today it is an easy high power modification for many cars. A non-flammable gas by itself is injected into the intake manifold and it mixes with the air and the fuel there. By taking a part of the combustion process this gas dissociate oxygen which provides more power to the combustion process. The rapid change from liquid to gas of the new mixture component gives a nice cooling side effect too which cools down the whole engine area and it is highly valued for this effect too.

If you think about adding the NoS component to your car you should know that a proper fuel delivery system will be needed too because when the NoS comes into play more oxygen is released and therefore more fuel is required. You should also know that there will be an additional cost for you - the refill of the NoS system containers and the additional fuel that is burned because of this high power system. If that is fine with you and you are ready for the speed you are going to feel this system is just what you are looking for.

Now when NoS system is intact and the proper performance adjustments have been made it is time to put some style on the outside. Car styling is about the personal choice. No one could really tell you what your car should look like because it will express your own personality. However I will provide few suggestions.

The cheapest way will be to put a sticker on your car. Let others know what your vehicle is all about. If you are a drag race enthusiastic and you already own a NOS system it could be pretty cool to use the NOS logo or to put a fire looking sticker making the impression of a car entering the Earth atmosphere.

Always apply stickers on a warm day and take your time to release the air from the bubbles in order for the sticker to stick in tightly. You should also know that bonnet/hood stickers should resist the heat from the engine. Many stickers are translucent so keep that in mind too. If you apply for example a cool green translucent sticker to red car you will most likely end up with a muddy brown colour looking not that cool. Of course a good idea could be to apply many layers of stickers in order to create the right colour and effect.

You may also want to paint your wheels in the colour of the car to provide additional effect. Keep in mind that black look stylish too so don’t over paint because you don’t want to create the impression of a circus prop. Use your imagination - maybe some sprayed art could work for you too. You may even want to contact an artist about it.

Last but not least consider some interior redesign. Car mats are the most popular start for an interior transformation. Keep in mind that the wrong car mat could damage your gearbox and even lead to an accident. Dashboard styling and some plastic painting could help too but always try to balance the colours in a good way. This is where an artist could help or maybe a good seller with a fine taste.
